The YZDQ-JDJC high-speed coil nail machine independently developed by our company is an automated welding equipment. The iron nails are placed in a vibrating plate, which arranges the loose nails in order and then enters the welding wheel through the unloading track to be welded with two copper-plated wires into rows of nails. Then, they are automatically rolled into coils (flat-top type and tower type) through automatic oil immersion, rust prevention, drying and counting mechanisms. They are automatically cut according to the set number of coils. The equipment supports fully automatic fixing of the finished product with a rubber ring, and then it can be packaged into boxes. Different types of coil nails can be welded, including ordinary steel nails, hot-dip galvanized nails, linoleum nails, etc.
